It is very easy to gain weight, but very hard to loose it. Due to the type of food people are taking these days, they are putting on weight. When they increase in size, they start to plan ways to loose weight. Weeks of workout for this problem will give them little benefit.   • Everyone have some pounds of water weight to loose. Hence, drinking water helps in this process. Around 70% of the body contains water. Hence, it helps in reducing weight. The water waste is put out of the body in the form of urine. When you drink more water, the waste is added to the excess water and it comes out in the form of urine. This is the best and easy way to loose weight. Usually, people wishing to loose weight as early as possible should drink more water everyday. This also reduces your wish to eat more and more repeatedly. Water speeds up a person’s metabolism for burning off more calories.
  • Some people have around 5-10 pounds of faecal matter and putrefied wastes blocking it up. There are people who are more than 25 pounds overweight may have more than above specified waste. This waste is nothing but the undigested food remaining in your body. To solve this problem one need to eat food that digests easily in your body. The items containing fibres like apples, black beans, bananas, etc should be added in your daily diet. Avoid eating junk foods like fried foods, dairy products, etc. Avoid drinking carbonated drinks.   • There are diets like cabbage soup diet, which is for a week and easy to practice as this is a week diet plan. The speciality of this diet is a cabbage soup made out of vegetables and green leafs. There is a definite food pattern defined for each day and to get good result this pattern must be followed. This is also called low carbonate diet as carbohydrates are restricted and this helps to get fat to burn. However, some people complain about the restrictions on food in this diet. Some diet specialist point out this is not a healthy diet as this achieves weight loss temporarily.

Exercise and diet are the two important ways of loosing weight. Usually, a diet that contains lots of fruits, vegetables, water and reducing in take of salt, oil gives good results to loose weight. Weeklong diet program will lessen your desire eat less amount of food. This diet should be complimented by exercises to get fats start burning. You should target 3-4 kg in a week without any side effects. Care should be taken to in your diet to include essential vitamins, minerals, fibres and carbohydrates in balanced proportion.
